Tierra Crystal CEO/ Founder of Pearls of Purpose, H.E.R Candles and Handmaiden Cleaning Services LLC. Domestic violence victim turned advocate. She didn't allow life's low points to deter her from working towards her passion. Most people look adversity in the face and fold, Tierra chose the latter and decided to allow it to fuel her desire to give back. She is a wonderful mother, mentor, encourager, life coach, and entrepreneur. One of her many beautiful traits is her willingness to give hope to the hopeless and see past a person's flaw(s) to meet them where they are. She has an innate ability to "get in the trenches" with you. She is selfless, devoted, loyal, compassionate, willing, and most of all true to the cause. She has provided an outlet for women who struggle with low self-esteem by providing journals, empowerment sessions, small teaching groups, and mentorship classes. Tierra is a beautiful soul and simply wants to use her platform to speak life into those who don't see a way out.
